Happy 1st Ireland wedding anniversary Sarah Elizabeth and Colin Kelly. What a wonderful day it was 😊

A year ago today I was ‘Auntie Kay’ and ‘Celebrant Kay’, performing my niece’s wedding ceremony in Southern Ireland. It was such an honour and a very emotional, magical day.

I always love performing gorgeous wedding ceremonies at The Farmhouse in Morzine. Dorian, James and the team are like family and Peter & Harriet were an absolute joy to work with. Such a privilege to be part of their special celebration…and to be back with my Alpine ‘family’ 😊

The service provided was superb from start to finish; from helping with the planning and organisation in the run up, to the ex*****on on the day itself, (which was a truly slick operation!). The food, the atmosphere, decor, staff, rooms - everything was first class. If you have your wedding here you are in extremely capable hands with James and his team who go above and beyond to make you feel taken care of and completely at home. By the end of the weekend we (and our families) were quite emotional to leave this incredibly special place. Thank you again to The Farmhouse team for a weekend we will never forget.'

Sean and I celebrated our ‘wedding registration day’ today. Two years since I officially married the love of my life...followed by a beautiful ceremony in the mountains a few weeks later. ❤️

Do you fancy an 'unplugged' wedding ceremony?

It's not unusual for me to request guests keep their phones in their bags/pockets during the ceremony, so they can really connect and enjoy the deeply personal nature of the experience. There's plenty of time the rest of the day to get tonnes of photographs of/with the happy couple. And in my experience, guests are very happy to oblige. What do you think?
