Restoration Project / Events Venue David and Lane bought Chateau Belhomme in 2022 and are restoring and redesigning it as their home and events venue.

If you’re free on Sunday September 27th from 5-7.30pm please come along to the Hotel de Cours des Thomazeau in Castillonnès where their holding the first “Wear a hat day”
They’ll be a pop up hat museum created by the milliners Donna Hartley and Tracey Mogard.
If you wear a hat you shall receive a free drink and canapés.
It will be filmed for Channel 4.
We hope to see you there.

Yesterday we held our first summer fair, it was a great success so we shall now be making it an annual event like our Christmas Fair.

Thank you to all the amazing stall holders that set up their tables so beautifully and thank you to everyone who attended the event.

We couldn’t have done it without Donna Hartley who helped us in our tearoom.

Today we’ve appeared in La Dépêche newspaper, the feature is about our Summer Fair next Saturday, the 18th July.

We are hosting our first Summer Fair on Saturday July 18th, from 10-6.
There will be an assortment of local artisans with stalls selling a variety of things both inside and outside the house. “Maison Belhomme”, our antiques shop and tearoom, will be open all day serving a variety of refreshments and home made cakes.
Entrance is free and we hope to see you on the day!

These photos were taken by Nick Buhaenko-Smith at last weekends Hatwalk show event.
Great photo's Nick and the models were first class too, and obviously the amazing hats.
There is another Hatwalk being held at Vignoble des Verdots on May 30th with an afternoon tea.

Last night we held our first "Hatwalk" show, basically a catwalk show dedicated to hats, showcasing the millinery skills of Tracey Mogard and Donna Hartley.

We would like to thank the models who did a fantastic job, Nick the photographer, Ken for the sound and Robin for film, Carol and Martin on the bar and of course Tracey and Donna for putting on such an amazing show.

I think we can safely say it was a tremendous hit with everyone who came.

Today was our first day of our two day annual hat exhibition, this year entitled Chapeau Rocambolesque, displaying the masterful skills of milliners Tracey Mogard and Donna Hartley.
We shall be open again tomorrow from 10-6, and we would highly recommend coming to see these amazing works of art.
Maison Belhomme our antiques emporium and tearoom will also be open with a selection of tasty cakes.
