-HUMAIA - Heart gathering - 13-14-15 JUNE is a beautiful event of three days with workshops, concerts, performances, rituals, kid space, camping, totaly immersed in nature. Perfect for families, having a restful and yet nurishing time.

Ce SAMEDI la Jam d'Abondance sera présente à la Fête annuelle de La Grosse Grange !
Nous débarquerons avec une 15aine de musiciens talentueux que nous accueillons au Moulin pour une semaine de rencontre et de résidence musicale. Une bonne occasion de partager un genre de sortie de résidence.
Attention les cochons, tenez-vous bien à vos carottes, ça va envoyer du Groov' !

You are invited to our very first Jam’n’Dance weekend the 25.01 and/or 26.01 2025!

🌿 What is Jam’n’Dance?
It is an invitation for « letting go » and for creativity in music and movement.
The idea is to meet in our strengths and vulnerabilities and express our inner child. Playing together the present moment. The time of an evening or a Weekend.
“JAM” from “jam session” (improvised music) with the desire to share music freely with amateurs and professionals.
And “DANCE” because the intention is to bring the consciousness of the body and the group in the music that will be played.
For this first event, we will bring this corporality in an ECSTATIC DANCE with Oualim, a DJ from Strasbourg who will prepare us a musical journey where our bodies can open and express themselves freely.
Also the next day by a workshop of “AUTHENTIC MOVEMENT”, a more gentle and silent somatic practice.
The CEREMONIAL CACAO that we will share conscientiously , will help us connect to the heart and the body, facilitating access to this letting go.

🌀PROGRAM
In our very first Jam’n’Dance format, we want to leave you the choice to make the full experience of the weekend (30euro), or for example to come just for the Jam on Saturday or even simply for the Authentic Movement on Sunday.

🌀 Saturday:
16:30 h - Doors open
17:00 h - CacaoCircle (10 euro)
18:00 h - Ecstatic Dance (15 euro)
20:00 h - Meals - Shared buffet or you can bring your culinary creations and « Cusine d’Abondance » that will sell food and drinks.
20:30 h - Jam Session (free donation)

🌀 Sunday:
10:00 h - Authentic Movement (5 euro)
12:00 h - Free-flow jam and shared meal (optional: Buffet d’Abondance / 10 euro)
