SIMPLICITY | Coordination from €1,900
You love planning and want to organise your own wedding, but when the day arrives, you want to enjoy it.
We take over the final details 6–8 weeks before your wedding and coordinate everything on the day.

BESPOKE PARTIAL PLANNING
You want to be involved in planning your wedding, but you’d also like professional support and guidance along the way.
We create a bespoke package around the areas where you actually need our help.

LUXE | Full Planning from €5,800
You want us beside you from the planning stages right through to your wedding day.
Full planning, supplier support and on-the-day coordination, with additional wedding-day/weekend add-ons available.

Choosing your wedding venue in Gascony 🇫🇷

From grand historic châteaux to beautiful rural farmhouses, there are some incredible places to get married here, but choosing the right venue is about much more than falling in love with the photographs.

As independent wedding planners working across a variety of venues, these are 5 things we'd always recommend asking before you book:

1. What's actually included in the hire?
Tables, chairs, furniture, accommodation, cleaning, lighting — every venue is different.

2. Is it a dry-hire venue?
Some venues provide the space, but you'll need to hire in furniture and other equipment, which needs to be factored into your overall budget.

3. What's the wet-weather plan?
Can all your guests comfortably dine and celebrate inside? If a stretch tent or marquee is needed, remember this can add several thousand euros to your budget.

4. Does it really work for your guest numbers?
Think about the ceremony, dinner and dancing — in both good weather and rain.

5. Planning from overseas? Ask for a live video walkthrough.
If you can't visit before booking, ask the venue owner to walk you through the property online. And don't just look at the beautiful bits! Ask to see the indoor backup spaces, catering areas, accommodation, bathrooms and access too.

The prettiest venue isn't necessarily the right venue. It's about finding somewhere that works for your wedding, your guests and your budget.

When the tablescape looks exactly as the bride imagined it.

Brittany had a very clear vision for her wedding décor, personally choosing every detail, from the soft blush tones and delicate lace to the lavender, vintage-style gold candlesticks and crystal style glassware.

It was lovely to see her vision come together so beautifully on the day and even lovelier to hear her say it was exactly as she had envisaged.

Soft, romantic and perfectly suited to dinner beneath the festoon lights in the château courtyard.

Forget the traditional coffee service...

For B & A, dessert was followed by freshly made espresso martinis, shaken to order as guests gathered beneath the château lights.

A fun, interactive late-evening treat that kept the energy high and the conversations flowing before the dance floor filled.

Wedding planning & coordination is one of the most rewarding jobs in the world, but it's also incredibly demanding, both mentally and physically.

A wedding day means 12–15 hours on your feet, constantly thinking ahead, managing timelines, supporting suppliers, solving the unexpected before anyone else even notices, and making sure our couples can simply enjoy every moment.

So on Monday mornings, you'll often find us here.
We're incredibly lucky to have two beautiful swimming lakes just 10–15minutes from home, and there's no better way to reset after a wedding weekend than an early morning swim.

A little moment of calm before planning the next celebration.
