A little bit about us.

Planning a wedding in France from the other side of the world, whether you’re in London, New York, Toronto, or Sydney, comes with its own set of worries. That’s exactly where Louisa and I come in.

We’re the founders of Chic & Unique. We live here in the Gers, which means we’re the ones on the ground, scouting the manor houses and meeting the local growers while you’re busy with life at home.

We’ve never been fans of "stuffy" or over-produced weddings. For us, the magic is in what we call ‘Slow Luxe’ - those long, relaxed garden parties where the food is incredible and the atmosphere is effortless.

Between us, we bring a fair bit of experience to the table. We’ve both picked up International Wedding Awards for our planning, and Louisa is actually an award-winning caterer too. It means we don’t just look at how a wedding looks; we care deeply about how it tastes and how it feels for your guests.

Ultimately, we’re here to handle the French logistics and the local quirks so you don’t have to. We want your wedding to feel like a private celebration in a beautiful home, just with a professional team making sure it all runs like clockwork.
