Tonight on this Saturday May 30 was the perfect double shift: celebrating one of the most important days of our couple’s lives while keeping an eye on the Champions League Final. Mission accomplished on both fronts! 🏆⭐️

Day three of Engage! Retreat began in a more intimate way, with small group conversations, a moment to reflect, share our experiences, and talk about what we’ll take home and adapt into our own businesses.

We were then transported to the heart of Roquebrune-Cap-Martin, where the village square had been completely reimagined into a vibrant Provençal market. Overlooking the stunning Monaco Bay, with touches of sunshine and citrus throughout… a true celebration of the region’s spirit. 🍋

In the afternoon, everyone selected their own curated experience, from Formula 1 driving to yacht escapes… As for me, I chose to wander through the charming village of Èze, followed by a bespoke perfume creation at Parfumerie Galimard . A timeless and truly unique experience.

Another day filled with emоtions, connections, and inspiring encounters… while slowly realizing it was already our last day.

And the evening that awaited us… ✨

For the evening of day two at Engage! Retreat, we were transported into what felt like a true fairytale… 🪷

Set high above Monaco, this breathtaking evening unfolded in a fully custom-built structure, designed from the ground up. A world of florals, quite literally from floor to ceiling, an immersive garden where every detail felt intentional, abundant, and almost unreal.

An atmosphere suspended in time, where nature met design in the most spectacular way. Soft lights, incredible textures, and that feeling of stepping into a dream.

Beyond the décor, it was one of those evenings filled with laughter, connections, and that effortless energy that makes these moments so special.

A truly magical night… and one I won’t forget anytime soon ✨

Day two of Engage! Retreat started in the best possible way: with a sunrise Pilates session (my very first one!) overlooking the breathtaking Mediterranean Sea. A peaceful and energising start to the day.

We then moved into one of my favorite parts of the experience: meaningful conversations.

We were divided into smaller groups with different talk leaders, and I had the privilege of joining sessions with Matthew and Luis . The discussions were incredibly inspiring, centered around how we can work better together, understand one another, and become more aware of each team member’s needs.

It resonated deeply with me, because our industry simply cannot function without communication and empathy. I always try to put myself in everyone else’s shoes : does the caterer have everything needed for service? Is the layout practical? Is the timing right for speeches? …and is the doorway wide enough for the cake to pass through? (Poke Bastien Blanc 😅)

One quote I kept with me, shared by , was from a chef who once told him: “If you bring me a problem without a solution, perhaps you are part of the problem.”

And I fully agreed with him & Tamara who shared the same mindset: when an issue arises, there is no time to focus on blame, only on how to solve it, together, as a team.

We then all gathered for lunch in the stunning setting and joyful atmosphere of La Mome Riviera. A timeless moment, fun, new encounters, beautiful conversations…

And it was only gently introducing what was still to come later that day, in an even more magical setting…

My very first edition of Engage! Retreat 🤍 and looking back, I couldn’t be more grateful that this first experience happened on the French Riviera 🇫🇷

Day one was the perfect way to step into the experience: from the beautiful gifting moments to the first plenary sessions introducing the inspiring speakers of the week.

I also had the privilege of joining intimate small talks with & Lynn Easton . I loved hearing their perspectives, experience, and shared vision for our industry. Conversations with the best are always the most inspiring.

And then came the evening… Shades of the Sea 🌊 truly delivered. An unforgettable setting at Maybourne Riviera, overlooking the breathtaking Monaco Bay, with everyone dressed in shades of blue. Pure magic.

As everyone says, it’s often what happens between the sessions that matters most, the conversations, the encounters, the connections...

This very first day truly set the tone for the rest of the retreat. ✨
