MWC 2026 throwback!
What a week at MWC Barcelona! 🚀

From the racetrack to the exhibition halls, our team had the pleasure of delivering a wide range of experiences and on-site services throughout the show.

Highlights included an adrenaline-filled Formula 1 experience at the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya: private tour of the facilities, pit stop challenge, and guests driving Lamborghini, Porsche and other supercars on the actual F1 track. A moment that perfectly combined speed, technology and unforgettable memories.

Across the event we also delivered:

☕ Specialty barista stations keeping the energy high on the booth
🍽️ Daily catering services for teams and guests
👩‍💼 Hostesses, waiters and security staff ensuring smooth operations throughout the show
🍸 Booth happy hours creating the perfect moments for networking and conversations

And to finish the week in style, guests enjoyed a Michelin-star dining experience with turnkey VIP transportation, offering a memorable taste of Barcelona beyond the congress.

Because at the end of the day, even at the world’s biggest tech show, the most powerful experiences are still human ones.

✨ TFWA 2025 — Celebrating 160 Years of Heritage & Innovation ✨

During this year’s TFWA in Cannes, our team had the honor of designing and delivering a turnkey anniversary event for a Swiss company marking an incredible 160 years of history.

To bring this milestone to life, we imagined an immersive pop-up museum, retracing the brand’s journey from its pioneering beginnings in 1865 to its global presence today. Guests wandered through beautifully curated displays of authentic archives and historical artifacts — a living testament to vision, resilience, and craftsmanship. They also explored a video room showcasing the company’s evolution and international scope.

Beyond celebration, this project was a strategic investment for our client — a way to strengthen brand identity, and invite their customers to (re)discover who they are, their history, and where they come from.

🎨📱✨ An Evening of Color, Innovation & Style — Cannes Lions 2025 ✨📱🎨

Back in June, during the buzzing Cannes Lions, we had the pleasure of curating a one-of-a-kind experience for a brand looking to make a bold, sensory statement.

In an intimate private venue, content creators and media guests were welcomed for a 2 Michelin star dinner orchestrated by a world-renowned chef. But this wasn’t just a dinner—it was a six-course journey where gastronomy met technology.

💡 Each dish was tailor-made in collaboration with the brand, drawing inspiration from the six signature colors of their latest phone line. At every course, a new phone was unveiled—matching the color and mood of the plate, the decor, and even the music.

🎻 A violinist performed between courses, as the ambiance shifted subtly to mirror the evolution of color, tone, and emotion. The tables themselves were a canvas of color, style, and modern elegance—making every detail part of the experience.

From visual design to culinary creativity, sound, and storytelling, every sense was activated. It was an immersive, bold, and artfully branded moment that left our guests inspired and delighted.

💪 The Challenge of Inaugurating the Widening of the A57 in Toulon

How can you capture, in just a 3-hour event, the success of an extraordinary construction project that spanned over 5 years—and the incredible human adventure of more than 550 women and men who put their hearts into it?

👉 The answer was to create an impactful concept—one that reflected the scale of this titanic project while remaining humble and human in size.

👉 We designed a large, custom-built space that combined warmth and connection, with open reception areas, and grandeur, featuring an outstanding stage built to host inspiring speeches.

👉 The XXL visuals displayed for the occasion helped showcase both the project’s achievements and the people behind them.

❤️ It was an emotional moment—a true feeling of harmony and a joyful celebration.

✨ IBC 2025 Inspiration, Connections & Memorable Moments ✨

IBC is always a whirlwind: energizing, packed, and buzzing with innovation. This year, we were proud to once again stand alongside our clients and curate a series of unique activations designed to spark conversations, strengthen connections, and celebrate the broadcasting industry.

💡 Among the highlights, a women’s panel session set by the canals brought together five inspiring voices to share authentic perspectives on mentorship, leadership, balancing motherhood and career, AI, and the future of broadcasting. The setting was as powerful as the discussions themselves.

🍸 In true Amsterdam style, we organized a Red Night happy hour which lit up the city center with bold energy. From the red-toned venue walls to the DJ’s outfit, cocktails, bracelets, and Asian fusion bites—every detail echoed the theme. A DJ and violinist duo set the rhythm with RnB beats, making networking as vibrant and dynamic as the canals just outside.

Between sparkling canals, bursts of sunshine, and a touch of Amsterdam rain, this year was about trust, creativity, and delivering experiences that leave a mark.

This MAPIC 2024 we embraced the philosophy that crafting exceptional events is about more than just bringing people together—it’s about making a positive impact and telling a story.

🍽️ Across all four days, we delivered a catering service featuring locally sourced ingredients, prepared with care and served with passion. Each meal wasn’t just about nourishing attendees; it was about showcasing the best of our region’s culinary expertise while minimizing our environmental impact. Supporting local suppliers means we’re not only reducing our carbon footprint but also strengthening the local economy.

📸🎥 As a one-stop-shop event agency, we also provided full photo and video coverage throughout the tradeshow. In the context of a 3 days conference, they invited the participants for a networking event on the rooftop of a majestic hotel with the best view on the Venice skyline.
