We’re thrilled to be underway with preparations for the Asian Football Confederation’s Annual Awards ceremony, returning this year to bustling Bangkok and the iconic Aksra Theatre!

The evening will be a spectacular celebration of football in Asia, recognising the region’s top talent, alongside a stunning showcase of live performers.

Through our partnership with Jupiter VC, we’re working alongside some fantastic familiar faces, including the teams at Pico, BPM Productions and Procreation, to put together an unforgettable night.

A look at the Databricks Cannes Lions activation...

We are very proud to have worked alongside Jupiter VC for ODN Agency, to partake in the delivery of this fantastic live installation. The activation featured a life size lifeguard centre, complete with deckchairs and life buoys, with ambassadors sharing branded first aid kits with attendees.
As leaders in AI and data organisation, we are excited to showcase this pioneering brand against the backdrop of the world's leading festival of creativity and marketing on the beautiful French Riviera!

50 years later! Back in 1976, early in his career, Richard was contacted by a record company to develop an album sleeve concept for Be Bop Deluxe.

The title, Sunburst Finish, inspired the idea, and here was the result… !

The shoot involved a large Perspex tube, (which was later incorporated into the band’s stage show), a model dressed in nothing but heels, holding a flaming replica Gibson 335 guitar. As Richard recalls “It was quite an eye-opening experience in every sense! The poor model was understandably terrified, but thankfully survived the ordeal!”

Fast forward 50 years, and an image of the now-iconic album cover popped up as a printed shirt. A full circle moment for Richard, and a nostalgic reminder of the creativity and hands-on approach to production that is still prevalent in how we deliver projects today.

After three months of planning, collaboration and preparation, we were proud to deliver the CPAC GB event for our client Jupiter VC, at the O2 InterContinental.

After attending CPAC USA in Dallas, we were commissioned by Liz Truss and the CPAC GB organisation to bring the event to life. Working closely with the supportive event department at the InterContinental and CPAC GB’s organisers, our team were responsible for supplying technical support, producing the staging, exhibition, gala dinner, charity auction, awards presentation, additional social events and on the day show calling.

The event featured a non-stop flow of back-to-back talks and presentations, with a wide range of speakers, discussing a vast array of topics from “An Enterprise Revolution: Rebooting Britain’s Economy” to “Building a New Truthful Media”.

Thank you to all who participated in making this event such a success. We were grateful to receive the following kind words from Liz Truss: “I wanted to extend my heartfelt thanks to each and every one of you for your outstanding dedication and hard work in making this year’s CPAC GB such a resounding success. From the meticulous planning and seamless logistics to the engaging sessions and warm hospitality, your commitment behind the scenes ensured that attendees could focus on meaningful conversations, ideas and networking.”

“CPAC GB was a triumph. Your production artistry was extremely impressive.”

We are delighted to announce a new joint venture between RDE Projects and Jupiter Visual Communications! This partnership brings RDE’s experience in creative production with Jupiter’s strength in visual communications and brand storytelling.
Together, this joint venture will allow us to offer an even more integrated approach, from concept and design through to technical delivery and ex*****on. We are super excited to be taking on more projects both in the UK and internationally as this collaboration grows!

Working alongside our partners at Jupiter Visual Communications, we are making preparations for the upcoming CPAC GB event, to be held at the InterContinental in London. This major international gathering will utilise our years of experience in logistical management and technical production. More updates to follow soon!

Last Friday, our Creative Director, Richard Dale, was delighted to be invited onto Meridian FM! For a live interview with the wonderful Dave Roberts.

In their talk, Richard shares many of the exciting antics from his 40 years in the events industry. From his early days as a lighting designer, touring with musicians such as Bucks Fizz, through to large-scale PR stunts and corporate events management for many major global clients.

It was a fantastic opportunity to share a little insight into the experience, creativity, and problem-solving that sit at the heart of RDE Projects. Thank you Meridian FM for having us!
