Sometimes, the most beautiful moments are the ones we don’t rush to post. 🤍

It’s been a little quiet around my socials… not because there hasn’t been much happening, but because there has been so much happening!

The last couple of months have been about taking a little time away from the noise, being present, soaking up some incredibly special moments, celebrating milestones, embracing new beginnings and simply appreciating how beautifully life can unfold. ✨

And somewhere in between it all, I realised — not every beautiful chapter needs to be shared while it’s being written. Some deserve to be lived first.

Feeling incredibly blessed for this season of life, and for all the energy, love and memories I’ve been able to soak in.

And now, slowly, you’ll be seeing a little more of Archy Cooks around here again. There are grazing tables to share, beautiful celebrations we’ve been part of, ideas that have been quietly brewing… and some very exciting chapters ahead. 🥂

A cold, rainy evening. A warm home. A table full of food. ❤️

Last weekend we had the pleasure of catering a beautiful housewarming celebration for 120 guests, bringing together family, friends and neighbours to celebrate a brand-new chapter.

Guests were welcomed with our signature grazing table featuring Chaat Cones, Curried Arancinis, Tikki Sliders and Nibbles, before moving onto freshly made Kathi Rolls prepared live in front of them throughout the evening.

The weather may have been chilly, but the atmosphere certainly wasn’t. The room was filled with laughter, conversations, heartfelt wishes and endless compliments about the food.

For me, this event carried an extra special memory.

This was the day Jiyaan officially learnt how to make our famous Kathi Rolls. The recipe, techniques and little secrets that have been perfected over the years have now been passed on to the next generation. A family legacy in the making. ❤️

Moments like these remind us that food is so much more than what is served on a plate. It’s about family, traditions, memories and bringing people together.

Thank you to our wonderful hosts for trusting Archy Cooks to be part of such a special occasion.

At Jiyaan’s request, we created this little home video for Archy Cooks’ 7th Anniversary… and then never shared it because Harsh declared it was “too cringe” 😂

If you watch closely, you’ll notice him barely holding it together and trying not to laugh through most of the video 🤣

Fast forward a year and we’re now approaching our 8th Anniversary on June 23rd, and honestly, this feels too good not to share.

No fancy production. No perfect script. Just a family, a dream, and a lot of laughs along the way ❤️

These are the moments that remind us how far we’ve come and why we started in the first place.

Here’s to 8 years of food, family, community, chaos, and memories that make us smile.

(And yes, Harsh still thinks it’s cringe 😂)

Happy Mother’s Day to the two women whose love, strength and values continue to shape not only me — but now, the little boy watching me become a mother too 🤍

Becoming Jiyaan’s mum has changed the way I see both of you completely.

Mum — the older I get, the more I realise how much of you lives within me. You raised me to be courageous, confident, compassionate and unapologetically strong. And now as I raise Jiyaan, I catch myself doing so many things the way you did with me — encouraging him to be bold, to speak up, to be kind, to love deeply and to stand tall in who he is.

And to my beautiful mother-in-law — thank you for being so much more than a mother-in-law. Thank you for listening to every thought, worry, dream and emotion without judgement. You’ve always made me feel safe, supported and understood (even though we often misunderstand each other 😝) and never once made me feel like an outsider. Your patience and warmth are qualities I admire so deeply.

What makes motherhood so special to me now is realising that Jiyaan gets a beautiful mix of everything passed down from both of you.

He gets to see a mum who is bold and fearless, but also soft and vulnerable when it comes to loving him.
A mum who dreams big, works hard, loves fiercely and still values family above everything else.

And so much of that exists because of the women who raised and embraced me.

Thank you both for the love, values and strength you continue to pour into our lives every single day. I hope one day Jiyaan grows up knowing just how lucky he is to be surrounded by generations of strong, loving mums 🤍

Some weddings stay with you forever ✨

This was one of those weddings for us ♥️
(And yes… we might be slightly partial because this beautiful bride’s family are one of our OG & most loved clients 🥹)

The brief was simple:
They wanted our honest, delicious food!

They wanted their guests to walk in and instantly feel:

✨ beautifully fed

And honestly… this menu delivered exactly that.

Set against a romantic palette of maroon, ivory and soft whites, every element of the food was designed to flow seamlessly with the wedding aesthetic — elegant, warm and rustic.

Guests began cocktail hour with delicately handcrafted:

And truly… that’s the kind of experience we always hope to create.
