📝 Loutherine's Terms & Conditions ✨️

​1. Deposits & Booking

To secure your date and time, a non-refundable deposit of $50 is required. The remaining balance is due on the day of the event.

​2. Cancellations

We understand plans change! If you need to cancel, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance. While the deposit is non-refundable, we are happy to reschedule your booking to a new date (subject to availability).

​3. Health & Safety

For the safety of all children, we cannot paint anyone who appears to have:

• ​Open cuts or grazes on the face.
• ​Cold sores, conjunctivitis, or visible skin infections/rashes.
• ​Severe coughs or runny noses.
• ​In these cases, we can offer a small design on the hand or arm instead!

​4. Setup Requirements

To provide the best art, we ask that you provide:
• ​A small table and two chairs.
• ​A shaded area (if outdoors) to keep the paint from melting and the kids out of the sun.

​5. Removal of Paint

Our paints are water-based and easy to remove. Simply use mild soap and water (or a baby wipe). Some darker colors may leave a slight tint,a little bit of coconut oil or baby oil will take it right off!
