La Negrita on the move!
We will start moving around... whenever and wherever we can ☺️
This week we will be at K-supermarket Kaukajärvi, long days during Friday and Saturday.
The menu will be small but tasty...tacos, quesadillas and vartaat...and possibly Gorditas.

A new season is here...
We received our first requests for Spring/Summer people...so, the season is open now and our Agenda ready😉
He have 2 Ylioppilasjuhla and a wedding booked already...waiting for the Rippijuhlat 🤩
Remember, big or small party, Tampere or around, food truck, tent or inside... kaikki käy!

Cochinita pibil this week!
We are delivering on Friday so you do not need to prepare food during the weekend ☺️
Do you know how many tacos you can make with 1kg of Cochinita? A.LOT.
And we are including 800gr of corn tortillas (aprox 22 pcs) so you can enjoy it with you family 😉
Cochinita is gluten and lactose free and our tortillas 100% corn made 💛

Sopes...also call it gorditas, pellizcadas, picaditas, memelas... depending of the region or even the City. The base is the same: hand made "fatty" corn tortilla (100% gluten free), topped with different ingredients. They may or not have meat, or salad on the top or only topped with beans and fresh cheese or just tomate/tomatillo sauce and onions...The options are varied and equally delicious and healthy. This next pop-up one of the dishes that we will be offering are Sopes Rojos and Verdes, with or with out chicken and also Vegan.
