Tartalette with white chocolate, lime and roses 🍈🥀 designed and prepared for the French independence day. 🇨🇵 🥂 This flavour combination is one of our alltime favourites! ❤ As a filling we used an incredibly delicious finnish Rose petal jam, that btw goes well with cheese, seafood and cocktails aswell!

Recipe for fishcakes 6pcs (we used fresh pike)
600g fresh skinless and boneless white fish
salt and black pepper
chopped scallions and parsley
grated zest of 1 organic lemon
1 egg (beated)
2 tbsp panko breadcrumbs
0,5 dl double cream
Chop the fish filées with a knife. Add seasoning and all other ingredients. Let the mixture set in fridge for 1 hour. Mold in to cakes and fry crispy with some oil and a k**b of butter. Serve with seasonal vegetables and beurre blanc sauce. Enjoy!

Now it's time to enjoy the short and delicious strawberry season in Finland!🍓💛🌞

Here is our version of a french style strawberry pastry:
1. Pâte Sablée - pie crust
2. Strawberry jelly with fresh berry pure
3. Crème Pâtissière
4. Topped with sliced fresh 🍓 and mint
