Paulig’s 150th anniversary celebrations continue with memorable milestone moments. 🧡

Last Friday, we had the privilege of being part of a truly special evening at Finlandia Hall, where Paulig gathered key stakeholders from around the world to celebrate 150 years of heritage. With nearly 300 guests, the evening honoured where Paulig comes from, celebrated what has been built, and looked boldly ahead to what comes next.

The evening unfolded through inspiring moments, shared stories, and meaningful encounters, accompanied by a beautifully curated dinner and culminating in a vibrant after-party. 🪩

Above all, the celebration highlighted the value of strong partnerships, lasting relationships, and a shared vision for the future.

Paulig’s 150th anniversary concept came to life as Paulig employees gathered to celebrate together all over the world. In Helsinki, Wanha Satama was filled with a vibrant, festive atmosphere, as the evening was built around Paulig’s rich world of flavours.

The nights were full of memorable experiences: spicy salsa dancing, delicious food & beverages, meaningful encounters, and the sparkle of disco balls. Events captured the essence of Paulig: shared experiences and flavourful memories that bring people together.

What a fantastic way to continue 150 year anniversary journey 🧡

LIWLIG Finland’s new home, LIWLIG House in Helsinki’s Kallio district, was designed to reflect who we are, what we do, and the kind of community we want to build.

Created in collaboration with design agency the space is rooted in one key idea: making the office a place people genuinely want to come to, in the era of hybrid work.

Designed with flexibility, diversity, and experience in mind, LIWLIG House seamlessly adapts from everyday work to events and encounters. From modular solutions to playful details and a strong focus on sustainability – 65% of the furniture reused – the space brings our thinking into practice.

Most importantly, it gives us room to connect, create, and share meaningful moments together 🫶

When entertainment is your business, connection is everything 🤜✨🤛

For our client internal events aren’t just gatherings: they’re a strategic investment in culture and performance. In an industry where people create experiences for a living, they also need space to come together, enjoy, connect and build relationships beyond everyday roles.

We had a pleasure to design and deliver an offsite that strengthened both team spirit and long-term collaboration. Together, we decided to aim high, and the results speak for themselves:

• 4,8/5 rate to overall event value
• 97% of participants strengthened existing relationships and built new connections
• 92% felt the experience strongly reflected the company’s values and culture and strenghtened the sense of belonging

The event concept ”Metaway” captures the spirit of escaping the ordinary to reconnect and recharge. And that is just what we did. Three days of meaningful conversations and well-deserved celebrations among colleagues. Shared meals, workshops, activities and parties provided a laid-back platform for growing stronger as a team.

Why it matters? Because when barriers come down at events such as an offsite, collaboration flows back at the office. Internal events, done right, turn moments into momentum 🚀

Finnair, Santa’s official airline, boosted brand awareness by flying Santa from his home country, Finland, on a global Santa Tour to selected Finnair destinations across three countries and six cities: Manchester and London in the United Kingdom; Tokyo, Nagoya and Osaka in Japan; and finally Seoul in Korea.

Over the course of more than three weeks, a total of 18 events were organized, including media and stakeholder events, larger B2C events and brand activations, as well as visits to travel agencies and charity organizations. More than 30,000 people had the opportunity to meet Santa with Finnair, while the events reached over 300,000 people through live audiences.

Media coverage for the Santa Tour 2025 was impressive, generating 14.3M in social media reach and engagement, while overall audience reach across publications totalled 607M.

What a great way to build brand awareness, engagement and deliver high-quality events globally. Thank you, Finnair.

We have the privilege of partnering closely with Paulig Group on their 150-year anniversary milestone.

Throughout 2026, we’re bringing their refreshed brand to life through a series of strategically planned and carefully executed stakeholder events that strengthen relationships and create flavourful, meaningful moments.

We kicked off the celebrations in January with first-ever Supplier Forum, bringing global partners together through purposeful content, curated interactions, miniature expo and a flavourful afterparty that reflected both Paulig’s heritage and future ambition.

The day resonated strongly, as the guests rated the experience 4.76/5 in overall value, with a record-high 100% response rate.
