Mijn voorlopige nieuwe home office…

Een tafel, een kopje koffie, een paar mooie schriftjes en natuurlijk bloemen. Meer heb ik niet nodig om verhalen te schrijven, mee te denken en mooie ceremonies vorm te geven. 😉

Na vijf jaar Spanje ben ik weer terug in Nederland. Mijn definitieve werkplek moet nog vorm krijgen, maar voorlopig is dit mijn nieuwe home office vlakbij Oss.

En vanuit daar ben ik er ook voor jullie.

Op 4 mei herdenken we in Nederland iedereen die is omgekomen in oorlogssituaties en vredesmissies, toen en nu.
Even geen woorden. Even alleen stilte.
Omdat herinneren ook voelen is.

Juist nu, in een wereld vol brandhaarden en oorlogen, voelt deze stilte belangrijker dan ooit.

In the Netherlands, May 4th is a national day of remembrance for those who lost their lives in wars and peacekeeping missions, similar to Remembrance Day. Tonight, we observe two minutes of silence.
