Growing up in the middle of Thailand in a place called Chaiyaphum I was introduced to Thai cooking through my family. My Thai food has a twist of Esan in it and is as authentic as possible.I grow my own vegetables, spices and herbs and use only fresh produce. I am an experienced Chef , have worked in Thailand and also at the famous M� River Kwai restaurant. I also have certificates in Food Management Hygiene Level 1 and Level 2.
