We’ve been a little quiet on here lately — but only because the kitchen has been buzzing with activity! 🧑🍳✨
From intimate dinners to full-scale celebrations, the last couple of weeks have been packed with amazing events. Just last night we catered a beautiful private party in Mijas, and tomorrow we’re gearing up for a very special 40th birthday bash 🎉
That means today is all about prep: 5 kilos of onions slowly caramelizing to perfection, a vibrant fresh berry compote simmering on the stove, and mise en place ready for a gorgeous piperade to top our signature pintxos 🔪🍇🧅🍅 — and that’s only a quarter of what we’re prepping today!
