Annie’s Ibiza is looking amazing having a bit of an upgrade last week. We love it, chic, stylish and still with magic that makes it so special.

It reminded us of what fun we had last summer creating a cooling menu for Annie’s 2025 Summer party.

We were asked to create something vegetarian, fresh and delicious for guests to enjoy at this very special event.

We created this cucumber, courgette and herb gazpacho, fresh mint and cucumber salad and homemade spinach ravioli followed by vegan cacao and berry slice for dessert. One of our favourite menus and entirely bespoke for Annie.

Recently more than ever it feels, people like asking us how La Grande Bouffe came to be as it currently stands. Who is having whose baby etc….? (Disclaimer partners all of the business kind - ‘these are my colleaguesssss’ Hannah would underline at tastings because the word partner was often met with a raised eyebrow smile)
In brief - James and Lee started working for the company a decade ago. The company has existed for 25yrs. They then bought it from the previous owner at the end of 2019 (just before Covid oh what a time to purchase an events company!), Hannah joined the fold as a chef. She, James and Lee kept the company open throughout Covid making boxes of homemade food to deliver far and wide (shoutout if you’ve been with us since then). Hannah became a Co-owner and now does everything apart from cooking to make the operation run smoothly. We have a loyal team of chefs and front of house - we call ourselves boutique as it’s a small hard working crew.

We are committed to evolution, excellence, fun and sartorial outfits (James) to brighten office days and long events.

Some recent favourite bites. We’ve had a lot of requests recently for ‘finger food’, appetisers to go with a cocktail. Personally, we are always partial to a flying canapé service rather than a buffet table of finger food. Having said that we are dreaming of the client who wants to go full Abigail’s Party retro dinner party table with us one day. Then a big buffet table of 1970’s treats. If you get the reference hi - love you! A passed service feels more elegant and we’re always updating our menus with new seasonal flavours as well as listening to your to develop your personal favourites - if you’ll have a bespoke cocktail why not a bespoke bite to go with!

Getting excited for this season looking at some of our favourite summery dishes. The island is getting busy - April is a month of tastings, site visits, meetings, many tweaks of proposals, back of house admin, purchasing and logistics briefings.
Pics here are heavy on the tomatoes but we love them - inspiration for sunshine drenched meals from us to you.
The fist pic loads of you have chosen this year from our Lavender menu and we can’t wait to make it when the peaches come in - fresh and grilled peaches, pickled peach, tomatoes, ajo blanco, fig leaf oil and crunchy tarragon coriander almonds. It is so.good!

Unforgettable table design and details on this stunning wedding. The location speaks for itself, artistry on the styling and perfect food and drinks. It was a meat free menu with plenty of fish, seafood and vegetarian options. Guests had an elegant plated menu with a monkfish main with lots of seasonal greens.
