A beautiful venue can look like the biggest decision in your Mallorca wedding planning. But the venue hire fee is only one part of the budget.

Alongside catering, consider flowers and decoration, furniture, lighting, photography and film, music, ceremony arrangements, guest transport, planning and coordination.

Just as importantly, check the quote carefully. Does it include VAT? What is already provided? Are there compulsory suppliers or additional venue charges?

We encourage couples to look at the complete celebration before committing to a venue. The right choice needs to work for your guests, priorities and overall budget, not just look beautiful in photographs.

Why do we plan only a limited number of weddings each year?

Because personal planning only works when there is enough time for each couple.

From the first conversation to the wedding day, you work personally with Magdalena. She knows your plans, your priorities, your families and the details that matter to you. You do not need to explain everything again to a different planner at each stage.

Over the months, that creates something more than an organised wedding. It creates trust, familiarity and a real connection.

We are not trying to fit as many weddings as possible into the calendar. We would rather give every couple the attention, communication and continuity they deserve.

And yes, when the last song ends, saying goodbye is often emotional for us too.
