I don’t live in chaos or constant rush—I take a thoughtful, organized approach to my daily life, and I can help you do the same. Here are a few simple ways I structure my days so I have free time for what I love:

-Keep a shared calendar with your family to avoid last-minute stress and scheduling conflicts. -Plan your meals in advance—decide which nights you’ll cook and when you’ll order takeout. Make a list, and order your groceries online once a week.
-Set aside one to two hours each week for administrative tasks like responding to emails, booking appointments, and paying bills.
-Consolidate your errands. Do your Target run, online returns, etc. all at the same time.
-Clean as you go throughout the week so you are not doing chores all weekend.

And on those especially busy or exhausting days, give yourself permission to take a shortcut—order from DoorDash or Instacart. I do it too.
