I heard this quote for the first time at my Yin Yoga Teacher Training last December, as we were finding peacock feathers at the finca.

I try to listen to the signs and not always my mind 💫
What about you?

I found some feathers in Africa too. I’ll soon share some posts from my trip, but I took so many videos and pictures that I need a bit of time 😉
