There are dishes that are no longer on the menu, but they remain in our memories.
Today we’re bringing back one of those dishes we can’t seem to forget: Andalusian-style calamari with citrus mayonnaise🦑🍋
It’s no longer part of our current appetizer menu, but every now and then we like to look back and remember those bites that brought so much joy to so many guests.

She’s hands-on in the kitchen, making sure everything goes smoothly and enjoying what she does. Because for us, catering isn’t just about serving food—it’s about putting passion, dedication, and care into every celebration.
