Today, Phantasie Events had the pleasure of bringing some of the most beautiful details of this wedding to life. We created the stylish backdrop with Aperol Spritz and added our signature touch with the floating balloons that transformed the pool into a dreamy focal point. 🎈🧡

Set against the breathtaking views of a stunning finca and flawlessly coordinated by the wonderful Jenny from .events, every detail came together to create an unforgettable celebration.

Because it’s the little details that turn a beautiful wedding into a truly magical experience. ✨

✨ “Turning a Home into a Princess Court” 👑💖

When Kimia’s family moved to Mallorca, her mom Hannah wanted her birthday to feel truly unforgettable… something magical that would give that real “wow” feeling from the very first moment.

And as a mom myself, I completely understood that feeling. When we create celebrations for our children, we don’t just want something pretty… we want them to FEEL special, loved, and surrounded by magic they’ll remember forever. ✨

So for Kimia’s birthday, I transformed their home into a royal princess court full of dreamy pink details, elegance, and Phantasie.
From the custom welcome sign with her own monogram, to Kimia’s coronation corner, the pink castle Hannah dreamed of, the giant pink bow mirror with Ariel (Kimia’s favorite princess 💕), and the beautifully styled workshop tables… every single detail was carefully designed with intention and love.

The little guests truly stepped into a princess world, and seeing Kimia’s reaction made every detail worth it. 💫

That’s always my goal:
Creating experiences that feel magical for the children and stress-free for the parents.

A love letter to the parents behind the magic ✨ 🤍✨

For the second year in a row, I had the absolute joy of planning the birthday for these beautiful twins. This time with a farm celebration. But today, I want to take a moment to celebrate their mom, Anna, and her wonderful husband.

Anna is the epitome of the mothers I am so lucky to work with, constantly checking the weather, perfecting the timeline and pouring her heart into the design. But her husband is right there beside her, driving all that love and care. Watching them work together to ensure every single guest is beautifully looked after, while keeping their complete focus on their twins’ happiness, truly leaves me in awe.

Together, they perfectly represent the amazing parents I have the privilege to call my clients. You care so much about making these milestones unforgettable. It is my greatest honour to step in and manage all those moving parts, so that incredible parents like them can let go of the worry and actually live in the joy they’ve worked so hard to create.

Happy Birthday to the twins! I can’t wait to keep creating these memories with your family. 🐴🌿

Why spend hundreds of euros on a beautiful backdrop if the kids are just going to ignore it? 🤍✨

Easter Table Inspo 🐰🌷
There’s something about a Spring table that just feels like a fresh start! 🌷✨ Easter has always been one of my favorite holidays because it’s the perfect excuse to play with soft textures, colours and a little bit of magic.

We all want that “picture-perfect” holiday morning, but between work and family, who has the time to source the perfect linens and hand-picked details? ⏳🧺

That’s where the joy is for me, creating a space where you can just sit down and feel the Spring breeze.

For this setup, I started with a floral print tablecloth featuring some of my favorite blooms; Forsythia, it completely set the mood! 🌸🍃 Then, I added these cute little rabbits and eggs that the kids absolutely adore. It’s that perfect balance: elegant enough for the adults to enjoy their brunch, but playful enough to keep the little ones smiling. 🥂🐰

His first big birthday in Mallorca... and he had no idea! 🏝️🕸️✨

Moving here is a whirlwind, and I see it so often; parents who want to give their kids the world but are just completely buried in the “to-dos” of a new life. This weekend, I stepped in for a family who wanted Walter to have the most amazing 5th birthday to help him feel at home, even though they didn’t have a spare second to plan it.
The energy was just incredible! ⚡ The kids basically lived in the Spider-Man bouncy castle all afternoon 🏰, and the parents finally-finally-got to just sit back with a glass of wine and actually enjoy the sunshine while the kids were safe and happy. 🥂☀️

But the best part? Walter’s face when the Spider-Man character showed up. He was in total awe! Seeing him so happy and settled in his new home was everything. At the end of the day, when the parents told me they could never have pulled this off alone... that’s exactly why I do this. ❤️

Beating the clouds with a burst of Spring! ☁️➡️🌸

Who says you need a blue sky to have a bright birthday? Since it was already March, I wanted to use those beautiful Spring colours to bring life to the table and a glow to the whole party! 🌈✨

The forecast was looking a bit moody ☁️, but Elaine deserves nothing but sunshine. I knew that by leaning into her favorite shades, we could transform the atmosphere into something full of energy and happiness. 🎨💖

I created a world where the kids could just run wild; they even turned our snowballs into a fun snowball fight game! ❄️💥 While they were busy playing and meeting Anna and Elsa 👑, the parents finally got to be stress-free, sipping wine and soaking in the moment. Seeing Elaine so happy in the middle of all that color was the best part of my day. 🥂✨
