A beautiful afternoon at Siso Beach celebrating Melanie & Eamonn as they renewed their wedding vows, surrounded by their loved ones, children and grandchildren. Their three sons played a special part in the ceremony, while Richard, their best man from 25 years ago, returned to es**rt them both down the aisle 💖

A little Italian wedding inspiration 🇮🇹✨

This weekend I had the loveliest opportunity to experience a wedding in Sicily, this time from the other side, as a guest 🤍

A beautiful church, Italian traditions, incredible music, so much atmosphere and, of course, a whole lot of love 🥰

I’m always fascinated by the way weddings are celebrated in different places and cultures. The details may change, the traditions may be different, but at the heart of it all is exactly the same thing as two people choose each other and celebrate their love ❤️

Naturally, I’ve come away feeling so inspired by the traditions, the little details and all the different ways love can be celebrated ✨ I would love nothing more than for my celebrant journey to keep taking me around the world, creating beautiful ceremonies in beautiful places.

Not all celebrations are weddings…❤️

One of the things I love most about being a celebrant is celebrating love in all its forms, and sometimes that means celebrating the incredible people we are lucky enough to do life with 💖

Three weeks ago today, I was in my favourite little village in the world, Söll in Austria, celebrating one of my very best friends, Claire, turning 50 🥂🇦🇹

I’ve spent many winters in Söll over the years, but this was my first time seeing it in the summer, and what a beautiful place it was to celebrate such a special person ❤️

Claire, you are genuinely one of the kindest, most caring, thoughtful and genuine people I have ever met. I never stop laughing when I’m with you, and I’m so incredibly grateful to have you in my life 🙏🏼

For all the memories we’ve already made, all the adventures, and the ridiculous amount of laughter we always seem to have when we’re together 😂 I’m just so glad that we get to do life together ❤️

Happy 50th, my beautiful friend. Still not over the most incredible holiday celebrating you 🥰

Nearly 20 years of friendship, countless memories, seasons together and now your special day 🤍

Yesterday I had the privilege of celebrating the wedding of the wonderful Maggie and Alan 💞

This time I wasn’t there as their celebrant, but as a friend, which made it all the more special. I was so touched when they asked me to say a few words during the speeches and share a little of their story, along with just how much these two mean to me and to so many of us who have been lucky enough to have them in our lives🙏🏼

Maggie and Alan, it was such a beautiful day and I’m so grateful I got to be there to celebrate you both. The people who filled the room, the stories that were told and all the laughter that was shared were such a reflection of you both. You’ve created so many friendships and memories over the years, and yesterday showed just how loved you truly are! Here’s to this next chapter, many more adventures and lots more memories together ✨

Last night I was lucky enough to watch the solar eclipse from the top of a mountain here in Austria...

What a feeling to see this from one of my most favourite places in the world and to share it with so many beautiful people too 🌒✨

There was such a magical feeling up there, with everyone gathered together to witness something so special 💖

Standing there, watching the sun disappear behind the moon as it slowly dropped towards the mountains, was pretty special 💗

It’s moments like this that remind me why I love weddings so much too 💍 There’s something really special about being surrounded by people who have all come together to share one moment, feel the same energy and create memories that will be talked about for years to come 🤍

Also a reminder to keep saying yes to the experiences, the adventures and the moments that become memories ✨

Set against the backdrop of a stunning venue, there was so much warmth and love woven throughout the ceremony 💞

As a celebrant, days like these remind me why I love what I do. Telling a couple's story, surrounded by the people who have helped shape it, is something I'll never take for granted ✨

Thank you, Lucy & Jack, for trusting me with one of the most important moments of your lives. It was an absolute privilege to stand beside you as you began this new chapter together, and I wish you both a lifetime of love, laughter and happiness in the years ahead 🤍
