New season breakfast options.
As part of my job, I am constantly improving my skills.
Last season, I discovered the potential of breakfast itself as a main meal. We have underrated it for so long that it’s sometimes difficult to imagine an era without all those processed products like cereals.
1. Kamut bread, almond and carrot spread, cucumber, dukkah.
2. Chia bread, guacamole, radishes, mint.
3. 50% buckwheat bread, whipped soft cheese, carrot-top green sauce.
There’s no time left to imagine, it’s time to act.
