I started building PayDai out of personal pain, being an independent worker meant saying goodbye to financial security , even if I worked hard.

The world wants to move to independent workers but the systems aren’t ready.

We are becoming the platform where independent workers protect themselves.

The financial system has been built around the salary worker, it’s an old system based on the premise that only salary worker provided financial security.

This has changed.

“We’ve got this term 1099 workers, I think the term now is independent worker. Someone who chooses to work independently, because they can not because they can’t get a job”
