We had our lovely warm sun peaking out today to remind us summer is just round the corner 🌤️.
Today we are very proud to post a pic of the quintessential Spanish summer dish in a small, delicate shot format, perfect as a canapé. Gazpacho Andaluz with its Pipirrana. Made with the best local ingredients, typical of our area, suitable for vegans, flavourful, healthy and refreshing, can't ask for more from this humble dish 🍅🍅🍅.

We recently introduced a new bite we have to offer for wedding catering to this lovely couple from Madrid, tender, flavourful Sliced Duck Breast with a Tangy Creole sauce. Suffice to say, it was an absolute success! 🤵👰🍢.

Just because a bite is small in size does not mean it's small in flavour. This beautiful looking spoon canape is made with tender, flavourful Grilled Octopus over Robuchon Style Mashed Potatoes. The Octopus is dressed by a sprinkle of paprika while the mash is made following the recipe of the legendary Joel Robuchon, with generous amounts of fresh butter, which makes it silky smooth and moreish. An absolute treat in a bite. 🐙🥔🥄👨‍🍳.

Gone are the days of bland food, attempting to accommodate everyone, at Gusto we are proud to present couples with simple but sophisticated Mediterranean fusion flavours, which everyone will love and remember your wedding by. In this photo, Grilled Sea Bream and King Prawns over a Seafood Bisque and Sauteed Vegetables julienne, a flavourful and beautiful looking dish.

It's hard to find words to describe a bite if this dish, try it for yourself and let it transport you to a warm evening, watching the sunset with your feet on the sands of a beach on the shores of the Pacific Ocean...yes, exactly like that 🐟🌶🍲🥢.
