We are super excited to announce that we have a wonderful project
taking place with this summer!

Collaborating with a winery has always been a dream of ours & we are very happy to say that we will be working along side Barbara &
her team to create a special place where people can enjoy her delicious wine accompanied by a tasty menu of local, seasonal dishes.

You will find us just a stones throw from
our HQ in Porreres on Camí pas des Frares.
Surrounded by the vines & the beautiful garden we will invite you to discover, relax & enjoy all that we & Mesquida Mora has to offer.

This weekend Porreres celebrates our favourite fiesta of the year, Sant Antoni! A beautiful tradition which we are privileged to have celebrated right outside the front doors of Seal HQ!

It just so happens that we have a lunch on Sunday which will take place a little while after the animal blessing and parade with the dancing that you can see in this video of a previous year. For those of you already coming, you’re in for a treat and are welcome to come a bit early for a drink after the festivities (just let me know 🥂) and for everyone else we have 6 spots left at the table for our gorgeous Roast beef and Yorkshire pudding menu!

Come and enjoy a traditional roast in the beautiful village of Porreres, just 30 minutes drive from Palma. Hosted in a listed building opposite the stunning church, we have one big table where 24 like minded people come together to enjoy a delicious home cooked meal by ex yacht Chef Will Seal accompanied by local wines and good conversation.

This Sunday the 7th December we have a few spaces and our 18th January 2026 lunch is now available to book.

**Dietary restrictions like vegan/vegetarian/gluten/dairy free can always be accommodated with enough notice

We are also open every Tuesday over the winter (market day in Porreres) for menu del dia, 3 course and a drink for €25!

Last weekend we had the honour of helping a species regular client of ours celebrate his birthday and what a wonderful evening it was at Seal HQ in Porreres ❤️🥂

We are super happy to be able to open for a few pop ups this month!

For the next two weeks on Tuesdays (22nd and 29th July) we will be open for a seasonal menu del día and on the 26th July we will do another paella and spritz special.

Spanish night in Soller at the incredible with the most stunning views!
We started with a Mallorquín Vermouth Spritz with fresh mandarin juice accompanied by a sobrasada, apricot & almond bruschetta. Next up we served homemade jamón & manchego croquettes & beautiful local prawns with parsley & garlic accompanied by Nounat. Round two was piementos de padrón & manchego with membrillo served with Sincronía Rosat & finally classic tortilla with chorizo flash fried in sherry vinegar alongside Negre. We ended with light as air almond cake with mascarpone & local strawberries complemented by strawberry daiquiris, the perfect way to end the perfect evening🍓
