Meet chef Jose, he has 12 years of paella experience. He and his wife opened a paella catering company in South Africa in 2012, which is currently still providing the most authentic paella experience in South Africa.

He has catered for the Spanish consulate, been featured as a master chef at the good food and wine show (where he cooked alongside Matt Preston and The Cake Boss) he has catered at weddings, birthdays, housewarming and openings of shopping centers for 800 plus people, cooked at year end functions and much much more.

During lockdown he recorded online pealla cooking video tutorials, which were a huge hit and had many cooking paella like a pro in no time.

José is now cooking and offering on-site paella catering and demos in Malaga in both English and Spanish. This is a fabulous opportunity to interact with a fluent English speaking Spanish paella chef.
