We're exploring the idea of launching our very own Taste Heaven Retreats and would love to hear your thoughts.

A few busy events in a row usually leave us with a fridge full of incredible ingredients that never quite made it onto a plate.🙈🙈🙈
Rather than letting them sit there, we do what chefs have always done – get creative.

Today's Sunday Lunch Salad was built from harissa-spiced chicken, grilled peaches, lightly pickled cucumber ribbons, lightly pickled red onions, toasted almonds, fresh pomegranate, mixed leaves, mango salsa, and a vibrant basil & sumac dressing.

The result? A salad that's sweet, smoky, spicy, fresh, crunchy and bursting with flavour.
It's a reminder that some of the best dishes aren't carefully planned. They happen when great ingredients come together at just the right moment.🥰🥰🥰

What a fabulous afternoon today at the British Benevolent Fund Spain event!

Wonderful people, plenty of cava, a fantastic fashion show, and an amazing atmosphere throughout the afternoon. It was lovely to see so many fabulous ladies coming together for such a special occasion while raising money for a truly worthwhile cause supporting people in our local community.

We were delighted to provide the food and be part of such a wonderful event. Seeing everyone enjoying themselves, catching up with friends, and supporting such a great cause made it a very special afternoon.

A huge thank you to the organisers, volunteers, sponsors, models, and everyone who attended. Events like this show what a fantastic community we have here in Andalusia.

Thank you for having us – we loved being part of it and are already looking forward to the next one!

We had the absolute pleasure of looking after Aleksandra & Konrad's beautiful wedding at the stunning The Roman Posada.🫶🫶🫶

From morning preparations and flowers to a full day of food, drinks, family celebrations and dancing late into the night, it was one of those days that reminds us why we love what we do.

The Roman Posada is a truly special venue – breathtaking views, beautiful spaces and the perfect setting for weddings, retreats and private celebrations. If you're looking for somewhere unique in Andalusia, this venue should definitely be on your list.
A huge thank you to Aleksandra & Konrad and their wonderful family and friends for letting us be part of such an important day.

What a day celebrating the wedding of Aleksandra & Konrad on Sunday.🥰🥰🥰

From morning preparations to dancing until 4am, it was one of those beautiful family weddings full of love, laughter, incredible energy and unforgettable moments.

We had the pleasure of taking care of the full day experience for the guests — food throughout the day, decorations, flowers and all the little details that make a wedding feel personal and special. Kasia also created the bridal bouquet by hand and it looked absolutely stunning.

And… our new dessert was officially launched.
A giant edible chocolate canvas featuring four kinds of chocolate, fresh strawberries, macarons and a huge dipping cone for guests to share together. A proper showstopper dessert table moment.
Thank you Aleksandra & Konrad for trusting us to be part of such an important day.
