15 years ago today I married this crazy woman… but we’ve actually been together for 28 years!

A lot of you have met Kasia and met me, and you’ll know we couldn’t be more different if we tried 😂 Completely different personalities, completely different ways of doing things… and somehow, almost 30 years later, we’re still here.

Plenty of laughs, plenty of arguments, lots of adventures, a fair bit of madness and definitely never boring.

28 years together. 15 years married. And somehow it works ❤️

It’s definitely September when you can smell mango throughout the whole house!❤️❤️❤️

Mango season is here, and we’re making the most of these beautiful, sweet, ripe fruits.

A little tip for drying your own mango at home:

Peel your ripe mangoes and cut them into nice slices, around 5 mm thick. Arrange them in a single layer in your dehydrator and dry at 55°C for around 10 hours.
Swap trays around every couple of hours 👌

We’re back!

After a fabulous holiday spent with family and friends, full of quality time, lots of laughs, a few parties and some really special moments, our batteries are officially recharged.

Now it’s time to get Taste Heaven back into full swing!

Tomorrow is going to be a busy one — we’ll be sitting down to work through all your messages, enquiries and quotation requests and getting back to everyone as quickly as we can.

Thank you for your patience while we’ve been away. We’re back, refreshed and ready for another very busy season ahead!
