🦎♥️ 25 Years of DJ Salinas - Balearic Feelings ❤️🦎
Today marks 25 years since I played my very first official DJ set.
Looking back today, I mainly feel one thing: gratitude.
What started as a dream in a small town in Bavaria took me to places I could have only dreamed of. Above all, it took me to Ibiza – an island that became not only my home, but also my greatest inspiration.
Throughout these 25 years, I experienced far more than I could have ever imagined.
I had the privilege to create music, release tracks, work together with amazing artists and remixers from round the world, play on international stages, and most importantly, build a sound that has accompanied many of you over the years.
10 years of Morning Coffee Radio Show. Countless sets. Sunrises. Sunsets. Moments where, no matter where in the world we were, music connected us.
When I read your messages and hear that you miss the show or my sets, I truly believe that is one of the greatest gifts an artist can receive.
Because it means the music left something behind.
The last year has been one of the hardest chapters of my life. But some journeys in life are chosen, while others choose us. Music stepped into the background, but it never left my heart. Life changed and brought new priorities.
But the journey we shared remains forever.
Every track. Every remix. Every video. Every residency. Every collaboration. Every encounter. Every single moment on and beyond the stage.
And above all, every person who made my sound a part of their own life.
Today, I simply want to say thank you.
Thank you to all the fans, friends, promoters, artists, partners and everyone who walked this journey with me and made these 25 years so special.
Music fades. Feelings remain.
And maybe that is the most beautiful legacy an artist can leave.
