Crowd pleaser recipe of the week: "Roasted Beer bottle chicken"
Get a 2kg whole chicken, season it with salt, pepper, thyme and oregano. Brush it with olive oil and set aside. Open a 33cl bottle of your favorite beer and insert it inside the chicken, garnishing with a twig of rosemary. Bring the oven to 200 degrees and then put the chicken in. While your chicken roasts to perfection, the beer will be coming out, pushed up by the heat, moisturizing deliciously the roast. Let cook for 25 minutes or so, depending by the weight, and enjoy your crowd pleaser of the week!
