What does a day of work during peak season look like to me? it's coordinating clients arriving, meaning several check-ins, it can be Villas, Yachts or private boat hire overall.
Making sure my team is on time with everything while I deal with clients questions, greetings and many times last minute situations where there is an urgency to solve something.
Can be literally anything!
today I've a good example, Weather doesn't look good for Thursday which means I need to move clients to another day for a private boat charter (that isn't easiest when all boats are nearly booked up!) have in mind, it needs to fit the budget and everything that's expected from the client.
Today another client asked me last minute for balloon decoration on their private yacht as a surprise.
catering being ordered from various bookings and delivered.
Another client wanted a stewardess onboard a boat that usually doesn't include it as it's simply not that type of Yacht. It's a smaller speed motor yacht. So that needs to be arranged.
On top of that I like to treat a very special client going out in the next day's a special surprise when boarding because that's how I treat my loyal clients ❤️
And let's not forget all the last minute enquiries for literally anything I offer in my markets that is from Villas, Yachts, table reservations, private transfers, private aviation to something completely random. But ask and I deliver!
Some "ghost", some are simply not interested and some book. But hey that's part of Business ✔️ I deliver and I respond fast, and that's what I'm good at wether it was interesting enough to book or not, I've done my job ⭐
And the ongoing meetings and other projects I'm on with business partners and new collaborations etc.
Its busy! but that's how I like it. 😊
