Brown butter cod fillet with romesco sauce,roasted sweet potatoes, italiano peppers,asparagus, cherry tomatoes, apple balsamic reduction

Roast fig’s in orange & honey,almond tart with creme fraiche

Private picnic 1500 meters up in the Lanjaron valley, delicious selection of Spanish tapas, arrive by 4x4, circular walk with our guide then back for coffee and cake 🍰 before your sunset drive home , great day out !

What a perfect time to book a private chef,if going out to a restaurant to eat doesn't sound appealing with only 4 allowed at a table then you could think about booking me to come and cook for you and your friends -minimum of 4 maximum of 10.
