When I went on my year of travel in 2019 after two big changes: Gary’s death and leaving my job, one of the things that I began doing every day was what I ended up calling
Have a GLaD Day:
G for Gratitude 🙏🏼,
L for Laughter 🤣,
and
D for Divine 😇.
I would look for these 3 things each day. This simple act would lift my energy every time!

I’m going to do this again starting tomorrow when we begin the Camino.

A beautiful day in Madrid! Missed my connection to Portugal so enjoying the view. A couple hours to go. Coffee is so good in Europe!

My upgrade to Comfort Plus for the Atlanta-Madrid leg was a middle seat! But I did get two meals and movies! And a crusty Spaniard to my right!😠🤪

In 30 days I’m leaving for a once in a lifetime trip! I’ve been training since Jan to walk the Camino in Spain with Sunny Dawn Johnston! 🚶🏻‍♀️👣

We are starting with a few days of fun in Portugal 🇵🇹 before we head to Spain 🇪🇸, and then after our 7-days on the Camino, I head to Amsterdam 🇳🇱 for more fun!!
