G.E.T. is looking to recruit the following profiles for its entertainment team:

2 Team Leaders, 2 Female Dancers, and 1 Female Fitness Instructor.

GET involved in a dynamic and highly professional daytime and nighttime entertainment program,
designed to deliver exceptional experiences to our guests in Mallorca.

Requirements:

Team Leaders:
Proven experience as a team leader for at least 2 seasons.
Fluency in English (one of the profiles must also have a high level of German).

Dancers and Fitness Instructor:
Certified skills in your area of expertise, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in hotels.
Availability: From April/may 2025 to the end of October/mid-November 2025.

EU Residence:
Applications will only be considered from candidates holding an EU passport
or a valid work permit in Spain.
Kindly refrain from applying if you do not meet this requirement.

Personal qualities:
Positive attitude, teamwork, and a strong commitment to excellence and professionalism.

What we offer:
Training: Comprehensive onboarding and training sessions at the start of the season to ensure your success in the role.

The Magic Sewing Fairy
Not too long ago… In an enchanted corner of the forest, there lived a fairy named Laura. With her gift of magical sewing, she transformed threads into wonderful creations. One day, the magical guardians of Grupiland asked her to create a mascot for their kingdom. Laura, with her creative spirit, accepted the challenge. She worked tirelessly and, little by little, Grupi took shape. With big, bright eyes and a charming smile, Grupi was ready to bring joy to Grupiland. Since then, Grupi has been a constant presence in Grupiland, bringing smiles to everyone. And whenever someone asks about Grupi, the inhabitants proudly tell the story of Laura, the sewing fairy, and her incredible creation. And so, Fairy Laura continues to weave magic with every stitch, filling G.E.T with wonders.
But there’s more to this tale… On moonlit nights, when the stars twinkle like diamonds, Laura’s creations come to life, dancing and playing in the meadows of Grupiland. The air fills with laughter and the soft hum of enchanted threads.
