Hello everyone and happy Summer holidays!☀️
We have taken a nice break in August to enjoy some rest & recharge time and hope you have too. 😌

✴️ We are back now and ready to host another Eye Contact Experiment event in the park with all of you! ☺️

💛We will meet for this event on Sunday, September 3rd from 4:30-6:30pm(16:30-18:30)
at La Gran Clariana in El Clot.

⁉️ What is eye contact?⁉️

Eye contact is a powerful and beautiful way to experience a moment of meaningful human connection and to connect with yourself and others on a deeper level.

Simply make eye contact with someone in the community and discover what happens! 🌞

There will be multiple eye contact sessions, lasting 10 minutes each, in silence. You will have 5 minutes to talk with your eye contact partner after each session and share your thoughts about the experience!

Everyone has the choice to participate in all of the sessions, some...or none at all. If you prefer to just observe, that's an option too...it's entirely up to you and what you feel comfortable with.

The important part is to just listen to yourself and be in touch with what feels right in the moment since these eye contact sessions can push us outside of our comfort zones.

During the eye contact sessions, anything can happen - each person will have their own unique experience of varied thoughts and feelings and each experience will be different. It is a great opportunity to make profound connections with others and practice being more present in the moment.

If you feel ready to join the eye contact experiment and see what it means to you, we invite you to join us!

👉If you don't want to sit on the grass, it is recommended to bring a beach towel or blanket to sit on! 😎
Perhaps some water and sunscreen too!☀️
A tip for locating us in the park - we will be situated under/near a tree - LOOK for our sign! 👀

This past Saturday consisted of another marvelous event filled with sunshine and meaningful eye contact moments! 🌷🌳☀️

✴️ We excitedly welcome you to join us for our first Eye Contact Experiment at the beach, taking place in the evening before sunset! 💙
It will be a serene and relaxing way to end the weekend 😌 - with the scenic views of the sea & sky around us and the sounds of the calming waves while we connect. 🌊🏖️✨

💛We will meet for this event on Sunday, May 21st from 5:30-7:30pm(17:30-19:30)
at Mar Bella Beach in Poblenou.
Our meeting point will be in front of the beachfront restaurant, La Base by Farré. There will be a colorful beach umbrella to help make it easier to spot us. ⛱️

Yesterday evening marked our first sunset gathering of the Spring season and it was absolutely beautiful. Yet another successful Eye Contact Experiment event, in the books.
🪷🌳🌞

As you can see, there were relaxed and peaceful vibes in the air! ✨
Sometimes we need to take a break from eye contact after a session, to reflect and connect with ourselves without the gazing. It then becomes a simply enjoyable and mindful moment in the park - we want you to use these events as an opportunity to determine what feels best for you, and respect that! ✨
