The cake had just been cut when Julien, the groom, suddenly took a huge leap into the pool — and I’ll never forget Maddie’s face when she realized what had just happened 😂 It didn’t take long before she (and the guests!) joined in too. Definitely one of the perks of a villa wedding. After the splash, everyone got changed, and the after-party went on late into the night ✨

The OMG-we’re-married-moment. As a wedding planner, this is hands down one of my favorite parts of the day with so much energy. Can’t wait to experience more of these moments with our 2026 couples. ✨

L & S exchanged vows beneath the biggest magnolia tree, with the ceremony officiated by a very close friend.

With rain in the forecast, we set up a tent as a Plan B and waited until the morning of the wedding to make the final call. After a rainy start, the afternoon cleared and we moved the ceremony to the pool area instead (by then, it was too late to remove the tent). Not the usual ceremony spot at this venue, but it worked beautifully with our design, with the magnolia tree becoming part of the backdrop. The ceremony included music by Ci******es After S*x and Leon Bridges to create the romantic melancholic vibe the couple was looking for, but also ‘I feel good’ by James Brown for a super upbeat ceremony exit that transitioned well into the cocktail hour.

After the vows, our team quickly cleared the chairs and transformed the space for cocktail hour, with a jazz band setting the tone for the rest of the evening ✨🎺🎹

Back in October, we planned Meera and Diego’s wedding at and also had the absolute joy of planning their sangeet the night before which was our first one, and hopefully not the last ✨ It was a vibrant, colourful evening with Indian cuisine, lychee lemonades, henna, and of course, plenty of dancing 💃🏽🪩✨
