🇨🇦 Toronto: 4 busy days, did not manage to experience much of the Toronto vibes, but the few opportunities to explore were cool. Lovely city, friendly people, good food … definitely worth returning and experiencing more of it!

🇨🇭🏔️ Breithorn, 4,164m: at the end of an unforgettable winter season finally summited my first 4-thousander. For an experienced mountaineer the easiest 4-thousander in the Alps is probably a pleasant hike: not technical, just requiring solid endurance. For me it was a test - the altitude, 35-40% inclines, strong winds and deep glacier snow all took their toll. All I had to do was: don’t think, just focus on the next step. One step at the time…. and then you will reach the summit, but you will also have to get down…

One more lesson was: don’t delay the challenges that you want to unlock. Life is now.

🕺Last Friday was a total blast. So much fun at at Papagayo Tenerife! We danced as there was no tomorrow! I had so much fun with the b2b with ….
