The papyrus was written in the 19th dynasty
But it may have been copied from an ancient text
Either it talks about one of the ages of decline
Or it is a future prophecy
Scholars have not been certain of the meaning of its words in a definitive way
It is written in an ambiguous way that can be understood or translated in several ways.
