حكاية صورة 📸
كان ليا الشرف إني أكون جزء من مبادرة إحياء تراث مصر الجديدة، وسعيدة بحصولي على المركز الثاني في محور Our Lifestyle Theme 🏆
والأجمل من كده إن الصورة دي فازت واتعرضت في شارع الكوربة لمدة شهر كامل، تحت رعاية وحضور محافظ القاهرة في ذلك الوقت.
أما الصورة دي… فكانت رزق صافي ✨
كنت في العربية بدور على لقطة…
كل حاجة بتمر عادية… لحد ما عيني وقعت عليه 👀
راجل مسن، قاعد لوحده… ساند على عصايته، وراسه ميلة كأنه شايل ثقل سنين عمره.
المشهد كان ساكن جدًا… بس الإحساس فيه عالي بشكل يوجع 💔
في لحظة حسيت إنه مش مستني حاجة قدامه…
قد ما هو غرقان في حاجة وراه… ذكرياته 🕰️
من غير تفكير… وفي ثواني معدودة، نطّيت في الكرسي الخلفي في العربية علشان آخد الزاوية الصح…
وكان عندي ثواني بس قبل ما اللحظة تختفي ⏳
وضغطت 📷
لما رجعت للصورة… اكتشفت إن الحكاية أعمق بكتير.
وراه لافتة مطعم الأمفتريون في شارع الأهرام – مصر الجديدة، بتاريخ 1922…
وخلفه عربية قديمة مركونة بثبات… كأنها شاهدة على نفس الزمن اللي ساكن فيه 🚗
راجل شايل عمره… ومكان شايل تاريخه…
وعربية من زمن تاني واقفة في الخلفية…
وكلهم مجتمعين في لحظة واحدة 🤍
ساعتها فهمت إن التصوير فعلًا رزق…
رزق ييجي في لحظة، ويختارك قبل ما تختاره… ويخليك شايف اللي غيرك ممكن يعدّي عليه من غير ما يحس ✨
The Story Behind a Capture 📸
I had the honor of being part of the initiative to revive the heritage of Heliopolis, and I was very happy to receive second place in the “Our Lifestyle Theme” category 🏆
Even more special, the photo won and was exhibited in Korba Street for a full month, under the patronage and with the presence of the Governor of Cairo at the time.
As for this photo… it was pure “rizq” (a gifted moment) ✨
I was in the car, searching for a shot…
Everything was passing normally… until my eyes landed on him 👀
An elderly man, sitting alone… leaning on his cane, his head tilted as if carrying the weight of many years.
The scene was completely still… yet emotionally overwhelming 💔
At that moment, I felt he wasn’t waiting for anything ahead…
but rather lost in something behind him… his memories 🕰️
Without thinking, in a matter of seconds, I jumped into the back seat of the car to get the right angle…
I only had seconds before the moment would disappear ⏳
And I clicked 📷
When I looked back at the photo, I realized the story was much deeper.
Behind him was a sign for the “L'Amphitryon Restaurant” on Al Ahram Street – Heliopolis, dated 1922…
And behind him, an old parked car standing still, as if witnessing the same time he seemed to belong to 🚗
A man carrying his life… a place carrying its history…
and a car from another era standing in the background…
all gathered in a single moment 🤍
That’s when I understood that photography truly is rizq…
rizq that arrives in a moment that chooses you before you choose it, and makes you see what others might pass by without noticing ✨
