لا أعطي فيس بوك أو أي كيانات مرتبطة بفيس بوك الإذن باستخدام صوري أو معلوماتي أو رسائلي أو منشوراتي، الماضية والمستقبلية.
وبهذا البيان، أبلغ Facebook أنه ممنوع منعا باتا الإفصاح أو نسخ أو توزيع أو اتخاذ أي إجراء آخر ضدي بناء على هذا البروفايل أو أي من محتوياته. و يمكن معاقبة انتهاك الخصوصية بالقانون .
توضيح لأصدقاء فيس بوك :
اعتبارا من الغدا تبدأ قاعدة الفيس بوك الجديدة (المعروف أيضا باسم ميتا)..
حيث يمكن للادارة استخدام صورك
و جميع بياناتك..
لا تنسى أن الموعد النهائي هو اليوم!!!
إذا لم تنشر بيانًا مرة واحدة على الأقل لا اعتراض فيه، فسيسمح ضمنيًا باستخدام صورك، بالإضافة إلى المعلومات الواردة في ملفك الشخصي وتحديثات الحالة.
عند نشر بيان مثل هذا سوف يتجاوز النظام حسابك تلقائيا و ستحمي نفسك بالقانون . و من لا يفعل شيئًا يوافق ضمنيا.
يمكن للأصدقاء نشر بيان مماثل او نسخ البيان لحماية بياناتهم الشخصية...
