REDSHIFT invites Alex Wilcox 04.09

From Berlin's underground, Alex Wilcox blends pop-tinged, left-field techno with a punk rock mentality and emotional vulnerability. His work dissolves the boundaries between techno, punk, pop, and experimental sound, creating music that feels equally at home in dark warehouses, punk venues, and intimate headphones.

His music has been released through labels founded by Boys Noize, Ellen Allien, Anetha, Nina Kraviz, and Modeselektor placing him among a new generation of producers reshaping the edges of contemporary club music. Since 2022, he has performed at 35+ countries - making his Dekmantel Debut in 2026.

Opening the final REDSHIFT at TOLM 04.09 is Confusion Matrix from Amfiib. He will be followed by Paul Lepasson, who has probably the most eclectic yet still very danceable selection in Estonia. For years, he curated the legendary conceptual event series SÜNK.

QSLAP — 06:00–08:00

Behind TRÄKRECORDS, QSLAP has been doing his part in keeping Tallinn moving both as a DJ, producer and promoter.

Keeping things in one lane has never really been QSLAPs style, though he maintains a soft spot for fast techno and hardgroove. His sets move freely between genres, with tasty selections of groovy, rhythmic floorfillers and just enough twists and turns to keep things interesting.

Alongside his work with TRÄKRECORDS, QSLAP runs MOD and continues to build spaces for the selections that power Estonia's club scene

After taking over TOLM for an all-nighter, he returns for the final HOTLINE, this time taking the final hours of the night and carrying them straight into the morning.

SUBMERGED — 03:00–04:30

Operating under the name Submerged, since the late 90s, Kurt Gluck has been a DJ, producer, bassist and label founder, his work existing somewhere between drum & bass, breakcore, industrial music, jazz and the satisfyingly abrasive edges of electronic music.
In 1999, Gluck founded the label OHM Resistance, which started
life as a vinyl-only drum & bass outlet eventually collaborating with artists from all genres with styles worldwide becoming a reference point. Over the years, OHM's catalogue has brought together artists such as Scorn, The Blood of Heroes, End.user, Technical Itch and Black Sun Empire, while Gluck's own work has taken him well beyond his home base of drum & bass.
His wider musical history includes work and performances alongside figures such as John Zorn, Pharoah Sanders, Mick Harris, Buckethead, Mike Patton and Bill Laswell, forming multiple joint collaborations such as Painkiller and Method of Defiance
Across decades of releases, touring and experimentation, Submerged has maintained a distinctly uncompromising approach: heavy music, strange ideas and a keen sense for the spaces between fixed genres
