🌿 Pro tips to make your tropicals last longer!

Tropical flowers need a little extra hydration to stay beautiful and last longer. Here are the tips I’m showing you in this video:

💧 1. Hydrate the flower head
The best way to hydrate tropicals like gingers, torches, shampoos and heliconias is to place the flower head directly in room-temperature water.

⏱️ 2. Leave it for a few seconds under water
Let the flower head hydrate for a few seconds.

✂️ 3. Cut a little bit off the stem
After hydrating the flower head, make a fresh cut on the stem.

💦 4. Place it back in fresh water bucket 🪣
Always return your tropical to clean, fresh water after making the cut. Make sure they are standing straight!

🌱 5. Spray twice a day
We recommend spraying your tropicals twice a day to help maintain hydration and achieve better vase life. (It’s the key secret for Tropicals)

Yes… it’s actually hairy! Its soft, velvety texture, extra-long stem, and vibrant pink and yellow bracts make it unlike any other tropical flower.
