*October 4 Gran Feria Sabatino's--First Saturday Menu*
Our first fair menu for October is coming at you with several delights perfect for the upcoming holiday season. This is the perfect opportunity to try individual servings so you know what you want to order for your holiday gatherings and gift giving. The only way to get exactly what you want is to place your order by 3 PM on Tuesday, September 30. Otherwise, we'll see you on Saturday, October 4, at Gran Feria Sabatino's.
Chocolate Walnut Caramel Pie: $2/slice ~ $32 whole (8")
A top and bottom pastry crust filled with a homemade caramel and toasted walnuts. After baking, it is covered with a chocolate glaze. It is super rich so slices will be smaller than normal.
Pumpkin Crumble Bars: $3 each
Oatmeal cookie crust with a pumpkin filling--that's been described like a mousse--baked with a crumble topping
Cranberry Pecan Coffee Cake: $4/slice ~ $30 whole (10")
Tangy cranberries and buttery pecans baked in a tender sour cream cake laced with brown sugar and warm spices
Chocolate Cheesecake: $3/slice ~ $35 whole (10")
One of our most loved creations! A chocolate cookie crust filled with a decadent chocolate cheesecake finished with a luscious chocolate ganache
Chocolate Pistachio Biscotti: $3 each
A crunchy, dippable chocolate cookie studded with pistachios
Mango Upside Down Cake: $3.50/slice ~ $25 whole (10")
Calling all mango lovers! Fresh mango baked on the bottom--or would it be the top?--of a mango butter cake.
Timballo: $5/slice ~ $40 whole (10")
An Italian holiday specialty! Layers of pasta, meatballs, sausage, asparagus, mozzarella, and parmesan all baked in our homemade red sauce.
Loaded Cornbread Casserole: $4/square ~ $28 whole (8" x 10" pan)
Cheese, bacon, corn, and jalapeños baked into our scrumptious cornbread
