Come to Saturday's Gran Feria Sabatino's to pick up some treats for the weekend and to place your order from our next menu.

**Menu for the week of August 4**

Arancini are Sicilian fried rice balls traditionally filled with meat and cheese. We're mixing it up--as we are known to do--and turning this into a vegetarian casserole. A base of rice mixed with our homemade red sauce and cheese is topped with a variety of Mediterranean vegetables then finished with another layer of cheesy, saucy rice and baked until golden. For those of you wanting some meat, the salad is a deconstructed sub: ham, salami, and mortadella tossed with olives, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, mozzarella, red onion, and fresh basil in a red wine vinaigrette. The sweet is a moist and tender lemon cake with a light dusting of powdered sugar. Sounds simple, but it's oh-so-delicious.

Vegetarian Arancini Casserole: $25 (6-8 servings); $19 (4-5 servings)
Italian Sub Salad: $8/lb (2-3 servings)
Lemon & Olive Oil Cake: $3/square

Orders are due by 3 PM on Tuesday, August 5. When ordering please include the following information.

Preference of pick-up or $2 (estimated) delivery
Preferred pick-up or delivery day (Thursday or Friday)
Delivery address, if applicable

Pick-up or $2 (estimated) delivery is available Thursday or Friday, August 7 or 8, between 10 AM and 2 PM. Once all of the orders are received, we'll be able to confirm a more specific time frame. Delivery is free for orders of at least $25.

Thanks to those of you who have ordered since we started our casseroles, soups, and salads in March 2020. We're the same people with the same name making the same excellent food since August 2017. Continue taking good care of yourselves.

*August 2 Gran Feria Sabatino's Menu*

Our menu for the next Gran Feria Sabatino's is ready to tempt you. Please let us know by 3 PM on Tuesday, July 29, what you'd like to pick up from Sabatino's between 10 AM and 2 PM on Saturday, August 2.

Stuffed Poblano Mexican Quiche: $3.75/slice ~ $30 whole (10")
Poblano peppers (courtesy of Linda Chase) stuffed with our spicy cream cheese and baked into a zesty quiche filling and a seasoned polenta crust

Chicken and Vegetable Pie: $4/slice ~ $32 whole (10")
No pie crust here. Instead the filling--full of chicken, vegetables, and an herbed gravy--has a base and topping similar to a crepe batter.

Blueberry Upside Down Cake: $3.50/slice ~ $25 whole (10")
Plump, juicy blueberries baked on top--or would it be on the bottom?--of a not-too-sweet buttermilk vanilla cake

Espresso Crumb Coffee Cake: $3/slice ~ $22 whole (9")
Buttery, tender coffee cake made with brown sugar and espresso powder in the cake and crumb topping

Lemon Poppyseed Muffins: $2.50 each
Fluffy lemon muffins with the delightful nuttiness of poppyseeds topped with a crunchy crumb topping and finished with a lemon drizzle

Angel Food Cake with Berry Marshmallow Fluff: $2.50/slice ~ $30 whole (9" tube)
We're crazy to try this at high altitude, but we've never stepped away from a challenge: old fashioned Angel Food cake with a tunnel of our homemade marshmallow fluff and fresh berries

Chocolate Walnut Biscotti: $2.50 each
A crunchy, dippable chocolate cookie with walnuts baked inside

There's still time to order but not much. Let us know by 3 PM tomorrow, Tuesday, what you'd like from this week's menu. If you haven't tried our Chicken Piccata Pasta Bake, you're missing out. Lemony deliciousness!

Thanks to everyone who came out to Sabatino's today. We look forward to seeing you again on Saturday, August 2.

In the meantime, get your delights by ordering from our next menu by 3 PM on Tuesday.

Even with today's occasional rain, you shoppers showed up! Thank you for making it a great day. We'll definitely have clam chowder as a special again soon since it sold out by 12 noon today.

Our next Gran Feria Sabatino's will be on Saturday, August 2. Until then, be sure to visit our sister feria next Saturday at Common Grounds. Take care and stay warm!
