Do you know the Danish fairytale about the ugly duckling by H.C. Andersen?
H.C. used the swan in his stories since it then and still is a common bird in Denmark. The swan symbolicizes beauty and purity, it is the national bird in DK and is often seen by the lakes and at the coast. 5 swans flying in v-shape symbolizes the unity of the nordic countries.
In Copenhagen you can find the swan by the big lakes in the center and you can easily have a photo of them while having you photo shooting after your wedding.
