THANK YOU

Thank you for three days of music, community and countless raw moments.

Creating a festival is no easy thing. It takes a ridiculous amount of work, time, energy, stubbornness and a lot of love. There have been long days and sleepless nights. But standing here now, looking back at these three days, it was all worth it.

Frigjort Festival was never about doing things the easy way. It was about creating the culture we wanted to see, together. A space for music, experimentation, weirdness, resistance, friendship and all the things that don’t always fit neatly into the system.

Thank you to every artist who shared their work with us.

Thank you to every volunteer who carried, built, poured, fixed, drove, guarded, cleaned and kept things moving.

Thank you to every collaborator, friend and new friends that showed up.

And thank you to everyone who danced with us, came to listen to the amazing artists, hung out with us throughout the festival, stayed late for the parties and truly made Frigjort what it was.

Keep supporting each other.
Keep making space for the things that matter.

P***y Riot are bringing Riot Days to Frigjort Festival 2026.

Part concert, part theatre, part protest, “Riot Days”is an explosive multimedia performance built from the collective’s own experiences of resistance, repression and political activism. Blending live music, spoken word and video, P***y Riot confront propaganda, censorship and state violence with the fearless energy they’ve become known for.

Their latest work turns its focus to the impact of war propaganda on children, challenging forced patriotism and demanding freedom for abducted Ukrainian children. Through music and striking visuals, Riot Days is both a performance and a call to action.

Featuring Masha Alyokhina, Olga Borisova, Diana Burkot and Lucy Shtein.
