I dag mindes vi John Robert “JR” Larsen 🙏🏽

I dag ville vores founder, John Robert “JR” Larsen, være fyldt 84 år 🇩🇰

JR var med til at starte Dana Cup i 1982, og det, der dengang begyndte som en vision, voksede til noget langt større end en fodboldturnering 💯

Gennem Dana Cup har unge mennesker fra hele verden fået oplevelser, venskaber og minder for livet. JR havde visionerne, modet og engagementet til at skabe noget, der bragte mennesker sammen på tværs af lande, sprog og kulturer 🌏

Today, our founder, John Robert “JR” Larsen, would have turned 84 🇩🇰

JR started the Dana Cup in 1982, and what began as a vision back then grew into something far greater than a football tournament 💯

Through the Dana Cup, young people from all over the world have gained experiences, friendships and memories to last a lifetime. JR had the vision, courage and commitment to create something that brought people together across countries, languages and cultures 🌏

In the photo, JR is sitting in the middle of the Dana Cup management team. It is an image that says so much about how we remember him: at the heart of the community and at the heart of the Dana Cup ✅

Today, we send a special thought to JR ❤️

School accommodation = very social & cultural 😀

Dana Cup Esports er rykket ind i Metropol Hjørring 🎮

I efterårsferien er vi klar med Dana Cup Esports, hvor børn og unge kan kigge forbi, tage plads foran skærmen og prøve kræfter med Esports 🙌 🔥

Vi er på plads indtil onsdag, så kom forbi, spil med og mærk stemningen 🎮
