Last week, I had the pleasure of doing a small rum tasting on board the Schooner Mira in Copenhagen's habour for the director of a Danish firm and his team.

Second session was going through the entire new Warren Khong series.

It took a few months from the actual tasting till we had the final write-up ready, as we faced point challenges, issues with writing styles etc. and to be honest, I'm still not sure I like it that much (the review that is). But it's a learning curve so bare with us. ;-)

Together with Nicolai Wachmann, we have decided to create our little niche in the review world by focusing on various tasting sessions, dissecting and comparing series of rum.

Our first line-up was the now all to rare Velier Port Mourant series - what an experience!
