Tried my hand at what turned out to be the most amazing slow roasted pork shoulder. Covered in a paste of five spice, Szechuan pepper, ginger, garlic and coriander stems with a sauce of pomegranate molasses, orange juice and date syrup added to the roasting pan later. Roasted it for about 7 hours at 150 degrees. Pulled apart beautifully.
