Every few months,
I am coming to Tokyo for my advanced studies in Ikebana.

I like the walk to Sogetsu Headquarter in the morning—
the slight chill in the air settles my mind,
and the day softly begins..

The theme this time is "Flowers are heart"
And here are some thoughts I’d like to share:

"Ikebana to me,
is a way of writing life into form.

Each stem, each leaf,
not an ending,
nor necessarily a beginning.

How it is seen
depends on one's perspective.

And this journey
continues to be written.

数か月ごとに、
東京へ花道を学びに来る。

朝、教室へ向かう道が好きだ。
少しひんやりとした風が、
心を静かに整え、
一日がゆっくりと始まる。

今回のテーマは"花は心" なので、
私が共有したい考えをいくつかご紹介します。

花道は私にとって、
人生の経験をかたちに書き留めていく過程。

一枝一葉は、
終わりでもなく、
始まりとも限らない。
終点か起点かは、
どの視点に立つかによって変わる。

この歩みもまた、絶えず、
書き続けられていく。

每幾個月，總要來東京進修花道。
喜歡早晨走往草月會館的路上—
微涼的風，讓心慢慢沉靜，
一天也就如此展開。

這次的主題是草月五十則裡的其中一條，
也是我很喜歡的一句— 「花即是心」。
插作過程中的想法，和大家分享：

花道於我，
是將生命經歷書寫於形的過程。

一枝一葉，
不是結束，也未必是開始；
終點或起點，取決於所持的視角。

這趟旅程，也如此不斷地，
繼續被書寫著。

The exhibition, titled "Breaking Darkness", is a tribute to Lars von Trier’s significant artistic contributions and presents his distinctive universe in a new light. It offers both hardcore fans and curious newcomers the chance to engage with his works in an alternative context.

"Breaking Darkness" unfolds Lars von Trier’s universe through site-specific installations spread across all of the kunsthal’s galleries. By integrating the historic church spaces, with stylistic nods to Gothic architecture, von Trier’s works are placed in a distinctive artistic context that provides a physical and tactile encounter with the filmmaker’s aesthetics and imagery.

The exhibition addresses themes such as love, faith, destruction and evil. "Breaking Darkness" constructs a narrative universe based on objects, film fragments and sound. Through lighting and scenographic techniques, the site-specific staging creates visual worlds that the audience can step into and become part of.
