Our planning approach is holistic, where we take the customer needs as priority number one. The customer experience is at the center of this approach and we build the event outwards from there. In the end, you will have had a real, Danish “hygge” come-away feeling.

We use an Open Business model at Rainbow Weddings where our network, alliances, processes and market access will improve and expand our results. Our partners help to complement our business and by sharing ideas and process innovation, we expect to reap benefits of new knowledge and create value.

Basic Package

· Personal consultation by Skype with review of all documents

· Aid in Completion of the 15 page Notice of Marriage

· Control of documents required for marriage in Denmark (state fee $250)

· Documents to the National ID-Center for final approval (3-6 week process)

· Reservation of your Wedding Date

· Customized 3 hour tour of Copenhagen included

· Reservation of hotel rooms for you and your guests

· Accompany you to the wedding ceremony in Copenhagen Municipality

· You receive 2-3 original copies of certificate immediately

· Apostillized copies can be ordered for $175 additional and sent by DHL

Extra Services

· Transfer from the airport or train station

· Additional tour guiding in and around Copenhagen

· Reserving and decoration of reception facilities
